| 概要 | In the talk we explain several results related to
the geophysics(in particular, Coriolis force and density stratification)
in the field of pure mathematics.
The geophysical fluid equation has been widely employed
in the fields of earth and planetary sciences to study the effect of
rotation,
the zonal flow formation and density stratificaton in turbulent field.
The results are joint works
with Prof. Jimbo, Yamada, Ibrahim, Konieczny, Koba and Mahalov. |
