| Abstract | We present an elementary construction due to Berglund and Hübsch of mirror
symmetry for hypersurfaces and their quotients by a finite group. Then, we
recast this construction within a global mirror symmetry framework which has
been developed in recent work in collaboration with Hiroshi Iritani and
Yongbin Ruan. |
