| Abstract | In this talk I will first introduce some histories on topological lower bounds
for the chromatic numbers of graphs and r-graphs, especially, on ones derived
from the cell complexes called the Hom complexes and the box complexes. Letting
these complexes be assigned to r-graphs and be equipped with right actions of
the symmetric group on r letters, I will argue equivariant homotopy types of
the Hom complexes comparing to one of the box complexes, introducing a powerful
tool--equivariant acyclic partial matchings. |
